Size Guide

Please measure your dog's neck, we need the measurement in order to place the embroidery correctly so that the adjustment buckle doesn't cover it. 

We'll ask you for the measurement as you choose the text/color/font of your embroidery by clicking on "Customize your collar". 

If you're having doubts between two sizes, choose the smaller one, that will give us more space to place the name because the adjustment buckle will be far to the right.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if there is a measurement error from your part.
